• At the secondary level, LVUSD constructed a model that minimizes student contacts while allowing for continuity of instruction. 

• Our students in middle and high school  will be attending two classes per day on a rolling schedule that repeats every third day. Middle and high school will be split into morning and afternoon cohorts so teachers will teach a portion of their students in the morning, and a portion of their students in the afternoon.

• Students will complete independent learning projects and activities during  the times they are off- campus. 

• Students will need to exit campus quickly after the morning session completes as there will be no congregating for lunch. 

• Grab-and-Go lunches will be available at the midday break as students leave or enter campus.

• Students will be on campus for approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes.  Specific schedules will be shared by principals prior to the start of the school year.
